Introductions: Search for the Sugar Puff Hollow

I would like to introduce you to some of the characters from my new book, "Search for the Sugar Puff Hollow".  I created 17 new characters for this book.  In all, I constructed over 80 creatures (many duplicates) to tell the story of 3 bees who run away from home.

Sneaky Peeky

Just a taste of the new book.  Photos are coming along.  Trying to fit it in between long work days.

The book is about some bees who decide to runaway and all the trouble and friends they find.

Illustrator Favorites: Adrienne Segur

I found this book illustrated by Adrienne Segur in a used and rare book store.  Very elegant illustrations.

Bedroom change

I recently redecorated the bedroom.  I filled it with a host of lovely friends.

I added more colors to this old print to make it more vibrant and added a gold halo.

 This is branch is made from metal wires that have been wrapped in rag ribbons.

This is a geodesic dome I assembled and then added little birds inside.  The connectors and the birds glow in the dark.  I love falling asleep staring at it.  You can purchase the kit at Ikoso.  It's very affordable but takes a while to build.

Viking Hat

Felt like making a viking hat this week so I did.  I wanted it to have deer antlers instead of horns so I blue washed some antlers and stuck them on.  Here are some in-process photos.
